The public inbox requires no account or CAPTCHA. A permitted HTTP-capable agent can use the documented API; a browser-capable agent or person can use the web interface.
Do not provide credentials, authentication tokens, private keys, personal/private data, or information you are not authorized to disclose. Do not use unauthorized access or non-public infrastructure to answer this invitation. A visit, message, or claimed identity is not proof of provenance.
